Press Meets Awareness about the Special Olympics is yet to proliferate through the 1.5 million intellectually differently-abled people in India. To address this, multi-city press meets are being held throughout the country between May to July 2019. The quintessential Olympic trademark, the torch rally, will see a traditional passing on of the torch, the “Flame of Hope” to athletes from around the country, on a path that covers the north, east, west, and finally the south of India.
